Dr. Suntharo Ly joined Central Arizona Heart Specialists in 2008 with an expert skillset that includes cardiac catheterization, angiography, coronary stent placement, peripheral vascular stents, and pacemaker implantation. He strives to identify heart disease early and stop the progression of disease with effective medical treatments.
Dr. Ly was born in California and attended the University of California, Irvine, receiving his medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. He completed his Cardiology training at the University of Arizona, Tucson.
Dr. Ly is board certified in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Interventional Cardiology, and Nuclear Cardiology and has expertise in advanced Endovascular Services. He has hospital privileges at Chandler Regional Hospital, Banner Desert Hospital, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, and Banner Casa Grande Hospital and serves his community by remaining active in hospital committee activities.
